Delivered a fully serviced two-lot subdivision in the Sunnyside neighbourhood of South Surrey. Completed the design and construction of a 6,355 sq. ft. luxury residence featuring 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms on a 20,000 sq. ft. estate lot.
The second lot was subdivided and sold to an independent buyer. This project added high-quality housing to an established community while demonstrating strong execution in planning, servicing, and custom home development.
