Constructed the stormwater pond that now serves the entire area east of 204 Street in the Central Gordon & south of 68 Avenue in northeast gordon plan, a critical piece of infrastructure that unlocked development potential for the broader Langley neighbourhood.
By designing a creative and cost-efficient solution, we were able to not only service this immediate catchment but also open up a significant portion of the Northeast Gordon neighbourhood that had been stalled for years due to servicing constraints.
This pond is more than a drainage feature, it is a key catalyst for growth. It establishes the essential stormwater capacity required for new homes, roads, and amenities to be built. With its completion, approximately 60–100 acres of developable land have now been activated, benefiting local residents, builders, and the long-term planning vision for the community.
Also rezoned 21 single family lots, 148 townhomes, 120 apartments, and 10,000 square feet commercial.
